- Date: August 10th (Friday) - Time: Ceremony starts @ 4pm (16:00) - Location: Jericho Sailing Centre (The Galley), Vancouver, BC - Theme: Hip Beach Party & Casual chic (ladies feel free to wear hats) - Dress code: Casual chic: This means dress comfortable + festive (i.e. linen pants, dress pants, button-up shirts and leather sandals/ airy shoes) but not campsite-ish (NO hawaiian shirts, NO white socks and sandals, NO shorts, etc). We want everyone to be comfortable in the heat, but also smartly dressed!

We could probably use another one or two of these tents, in case the rain comes down. - Lighting: To backlight a small area for a video camera - Tiki torches - Camcorder microphone (with long-ish cable) - LCD Projector - DONE - We're renting one. - Guaranteed sunshine, 29 degrees with cool ocean breeze.
